Terms
and Conditions.
Villarentalsinibiza acts as agents for owners of
apartments and villas on Ibiza Island.
Booking:
- For your booking to be secure and
valid, 50% of the agreed rental amount should be paid by receipt. The
other 50%, 30 days before the day of arrival.
Villarentalsinibiza will consider
the reservation null if this second payment is not received. The whole
holiday charge should be paid at the time of booking if you book your
holiday less than 30 days before arrival.
- On making the deposit
payment, the customer confirms to have accepted
these terms and conditions.
- Customers have to contact us to
confirm that your chosen property is available for the dates required,
before making a booking. The deposit of 50% of the rental cost- unless a
lower percentage has been agreed- should be sent, for the reservation of any
apartment or villa. This can be paid by bank transfer.
- Bookings can be refused without any
given reason. And from people under 18 years old will not be accepted.
- Different arrangements for payment of
the balance will be the case with some properties, which will be explained
at the time of booking.
- Usually an inventory and breakage
deposit of 1000 Euros is required for possible damage to the property or
breach of the rental terms.
- In the brochure there is a number of
sleeping places, and the number of people staying at the property should not
exceed that number except there is a previous agreement.
- For inspection and maintenance, the
property owner or his/her representative shall be allowed access to the
holiday accommodation on any holiday occupancy and at any time.
- Customers’ warrants will provide their
own Holiday Insurance. Neither the property owner nor representative will be
held responsible to loss or damage of personal belongings or personal
injury.
Force Majeure
No liability or compensation will be
paid except where expressly stated or when Force Majeure circumstances will be
the cause of not performing our contractual obligation or level of service. Such
circumstances as War, Threat of War, Natural or Nuclear Disaster, Act of God,
Terrorism, Civil Strike, Fire, Industrial Dispute, Adverse weather conditions,
not planned building/ roadworks, unforeseen technical problems or similar
circumstances beyond our control.
